Shipping policy

Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following:
Standard Shipping: 8-12 Business Days
Express Shipping: 4-6 Business Days
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once the package is in the possession of the carrier.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):
- Strop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Strop has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Damages:
- Strop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping:
- We offer Free International Shipping to select countries.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
- Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information.
