Refund policy

Returns:

  1. Customers are granted 14 calendar days from the receipt of their purchase to request a return.
  2. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the requisite proof of purchase.
  3. Initiate the return process by contacting us using one of the options on our Contact page. 

Exchanges:

  1. For those seeking exchanges due to sizing, color, or style preferences, please contact our customer service team at info@stroponline.com.
  2. Exchanges are contingent upon product availability. If the desired item is not in stock, the transaction will be treated as a return, and a refund will be issued.

Refunds:

  1. Upon receipt of the returned item, Strop will conduct a thorough inspection before notifying you of the refund status.
  2. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. The processing time may vary according to the policies of your card issuer.

Shipping:

  1. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. Customers who receive damaged or defective items should promptly contact our customer service team at info@stroponline.com for resolution.

Exceptions:

  1. Certain items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items, gift cards, and personalized items, unless proven defective or damaged upon receipt.
